All orders are sent via tracked post with An Post. This is a standard service and delivery time is in addition to the processing time. You will receive an email after dispatch with your tracking details.
As most items are personalised and unique to you, returns are not accepted on these items. All items are quality checked on arrival and once again before they are dispatched to you but if you find a fault with your item please contact us immediately at email@example.com If on delivery you change your mind and wish to return your non personalised item I will be happy to issue you with a full refund (minus postage costs) once it is posted back in its original, unused condition with tags etc. still attached within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Any item that is returned to us and not in its original condition will not qualify for a refund. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for items lost in the post on its way back to us so returning it via tracked post will be the safest option. We do not cover postage costs for returns. Please ensure to add your details you used to order the item (name, address, order number) with your return so we can process your return as quickly as possible
